Payments in Germany

For deliveries within Germany, you can choose from the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective item description:

Prepayment via bank transfer

Once we have processed your order, we will send you an order confirmation with our bank details via email. Please note that processing your bank transfer may take 1-2 business days, and shipping will only take place after payment has been received. Upon receipt of your order, the respective items will be reserved for you, ensuring that no one can "snatch" your order due to bank processing times.

Paypal

With a PayPal account, you can pay online easily and securely. You link your bank account or credit card to your PayPal account and can then send payments to merchants or friends with just a few clicks. Your financial information remains protected, as it is not directly shared with the seller..

Paypal Express

This option allows you to speed up the checkout process. With PayPal Express, you can complete your order with just one click, without having to re-enter your payment information. This is especially convenient for repeat purchases and ensures a smooth shopping experience.

Direct debit via Paypal

If you choose direct debit payment via PayPal, the amount will be debited directly from your linked bank account. This is a convenient way to make payments without having to worry about manual transfers. You also have the option to reverse the direct debit within 8 weeks if any discrepancies arise.

Credit card payment via Paypal

If you don't want to create a PayPal account, you can also pay directly with your credit card via PayPal. This option offers you the security of PayPal without having to share your credit card details directly with the merchant. It's a fast and secure way to make online purchases.

Installment payment via PayPal

For larger purchases, PayPal also offers the option of installment payments. With this option, you can pay the total amount in several smaller payments over a set period. This makes it easier to manage larger expenses without having to pay the entire amount all at once.

If you are offered installment payments via PayPal, the installment agreement will be between you and PayPal.

Purchase on account via Paypal

When you order from us using the "buy now, pay later" option, you don't have to pay the purchase price immediately.
You only have to pay after the goods have arrived.

Klarna installment purchase

We offer installment payments via Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden.
This option is only available to consumers. Payment must be made to Klarna in all cases.

Klarna installment payments are only offered in Germany.

When paying in installments via Klarna, you can pay in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least €6.95) or under the other conditions specified at checkout. Purchase on account (for public authorities & institutions)

As a government agency, school, public institution, or similar organization, you can conveniently order from us on account. To select this payment method, please choose "Prepayment" during the ordering process and add the note "On Account" in the comment field. After a brief review, you will receive a separate order confirmation with the payment option "Invoice." Payment is due within 14 days.
