The noise drum has a wide use in sound and music therapy. Here the deceptively real sound of a surf is used for healing and stimulating meditations, and the therapeutic sound vibrations are used primarily for calming purposes.
The Rohema noise drum is particularly suitable for playing with children, as it is easy for the little ones to hold and play with. The use is not just limited to the meditative and calming effect of the sea sounds. The Rohema noise drum is particularly robust, which allows children to discover and try out the instrument independently.
German beech wood is used to make the noise drum. One side is covered with goatskin, the other is also made of wood. The drum is filled with small steel balls that provide the characteristic sound.
