The Gretsch Catalina Maple stands out with innovative hardware designs and the legendary Gretsch-formula shell. It offers drummers a premium sound profile, ergonomic playing comfort, and a contemporary look for every performance.
The hardware includes the distinctive “Gas Cap” bass drum plate and the 2025 GTS Tom Suspension System. This low-profile mounting system delivers noticeably longer sustain and a natural tom sound. The 2025 upgrade also features the new Full Range Snare Throw-Off for maximum reliability.
The 7-ply maple shell is equipped with the classic 30-degree bearing edge and Gretsch T-Wing screws. Rubber-isolated die-cast bass drum claws provide long-lasting protection for the hoops. Featuring 2.5 mm triple-flanged hoops and Remo® drum heads, the Catalina Maple delivers professional features straight from the factory.
