Manuel Rodriguez Signature Legacy
The SIGNATURE LEGACY series combines the decades of experience of the Rodriguez family in building exquisite concert guitars. In his private workshop on the Iberian Peninsula, luthier Manuel Rodriguez III crafts each instrument entirely by hand. He uses valuable, hand-selected tonewoods, some of which have been in the family for generations and are up to 50 years old. The pinnacle of guitar making: Technically, these unique instruments impress with the "pinnacle" of guitar making: the original Spanish neck-to-butt construction. This design connects the cedar neck directly to the body, resulting in superior stability, fast response, and long sustain. Enhanced by exquisite ebony fingerboards, custom inlays, and high-quality Hannabach strings, these guitars are truly distinctive masterpieces, delivered in a luxury case. Various models: Within this exclusive series, each model has its own specific focus: The Gipsy Kings Signature was specially developed for Nicolas Reyes and features a fine-grained spruce top from 1950, a solid cypress body, and Wittner fine-tuning pegs. The Junior model is a fully solid master-crafted guitar made from woods over 25 years old, optionally with a cedar or spruce top and a Madagascan rosewood back. The Senior also impresses with solid Madagascan rosewood and the highest Spanish craftsmanship, while the Café Olée, as a cutaway model, offers modern flexibility. All models, including the classic Flamenco guitars, utilize woods from Manuel Rodríguez II's private collection and are individually finished according to customer specifications.
