Product Description
Aquila is a leader in nylon, Nylgut, polymer, and other synthetic strings for violin, guitar, and banjo. These specially developed nylon strings cover almost all banjo tunings. Nylgut is suitable for all plucked instruments. NNG strings have the same color as natural gut, the same density as gut (the gauge is the same as gut), and similar acoustic properties to natural gut. Nylgut is considered the first "synthetic" version of natural gut. Other strengths of NNG strings are their excellent tensile strength – higher than that of gut – but more importantly, its exceptional resistance to climate fluctuations is significantly better than that of nylon and gut, thus keeping the mood stable under normal conditions.
