Traditionally, timbales sticks - unlike drumsticks - are uniform in diameter and do not have a head at the tip. However, the balance is not balanced and the sound of the ride cymbal suffers as a result.
Together with Josè Cortijo we have developed special timbales sticks that combine the properties of a drumstick with those of timbales. This means the sound of cowbells, cascaras or timbales heads is not distorted. A good alternative for musicians who play both timbales and drums at the same time.
The most important features at a glance:

Hickory, imported from North America, has a combination of strength, stiffness, hardness, elasticity and shock resistance that no other wood in the world can match. A long service life of the sticks is guaranteed, even under heavier loads. All hickory models are sorted and packed by hand in pairs according to weight.
