The PM 451 is the smallest mallet among the mallets with a plastic handle. It is 255 millimeters long. The hard felt head has a diameter of 25 millimeters. The PM 451 is very light, robust and easy to clean. Areas of application include toms and stick games. The mallet can also be an alternative to hard mallets with wooden heads. The attack is more muted in comparison. This mallet is therefore also used for singing bowls.
