Product Description

The SESSION STEEL PowerBender is the upgrade of our successful SESSION model and impresses with a new, fantastic look and outstanding technical reliability, very good playing comfort and a great sound. The PowerBender tuning is composed of the best parts of the traditional Richter tuning - but the tone sequence is changed in such a way that the really important tones are much easier to achieve, across all three ocaves of the instrument. The usual breathing patterns from the chambers 1-5 (the blast tone is tuned lower than the draw note) Overdraws cannot be played PowerBender - they are not needed because they can be achieved by simple draw bending The blow bends in the upper octave are replaced by normal draw bends - each draw note can be bent down at least a semitone Easy to play in the upper octave (intuitive), because usual phrasing that can be found in the Channels 1-5, also possible in the upper octave Easy to play in the most common playing positions: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 11th and 12th position If you are interested in playing in many musical styles on a blues harmonica, then the PowerBender is a good choice for you!
