Product Description

Harmonic Minor Tuning: The harmonic minor scale is derived from the "ordinary" natural minor scale. In contrast to the latter, the seventh scale note in the harmonic minor version is raised by a semitone. In music theory, this is often referred to as the creation of an artificial leading tone, which resolves to the next semitone. Everything you intuitively play on this harmonica sounds like Eastern European folk music, tango, or klezmer and inevitably inspires new ideas.

Thanks to its ergonomic shape and its particularly lip- and beard-friendly design, the SESSION Steel is the most popular harmonica for beginners. Professional players also appreciate it highly, especially because of its internal reed plates and mellow sound.
