Developed in collaboration with the Porsche Design Studio, the LD Systems MAUI® P900 combines state-of-the-art audio technology with striking elegance. It is the perfect choice for live events and installations where exceptional sound quality with style is essential. The 50 neodymium drivers and 1,400 watts RMS of the Class-D amplifier in this groundbreaking column system produce a maximum sound pressure level of 131 dB with a frequency response of 42–20,000 Hz. The MAUI® P900 utilizes LD Systems' SonicGuide® technology with the WaveAhead® tweeter array to create a coherent wavefront. The system's 140° wide horizontal and tightly focused vertical dispersion achieves extremely long throw and uniform sound coverage. DynX® 24-bit signal processing ensures detailed, dynamic reproduction that remains distortion-free even at the highest volumes. Furthermore, aptX™ and AAC encoding ensure high-resolution Bluetooth® streaming with full audio bandwidth and a range of 70 m, while integrated TrueWireless Stereo™ technology enables wireless stereo playback with two systems that can be positioned up to 15 m apart. The distinctive, three-section MAUI® P900 column system is constructed from high-strength aluminum with a multi-layered elastic grille and can be set up in seconds without cables using specially designed multipin connectors. The minimalist connection panel offers system and subwoofer volume controls, two XLR jacks for stereo input, and two XLR outputs for wired stereo configuration of two systems. Unique in its clean aesthetics and superior audio quality, the MAUI® P900 is available in Cocoon White, Platinum Grey, or Graphite Black for elegant integration into virtually any environment. For convenient transport and protection of the system, padded carrying bags for the column and subwoofer, as well as a flight case specially designed for the MAUI® P900, are available as accessories.
